  • With over 12 years of experience in the garment industry, Mukesh Choudhary is a passionate entrepreneur driven by a simple goal: to deliver high-quality products and exceptional service.

    Mukesh personally works with every client, ensuring clear communication and a seamless process from start to finish. His hands-on approach and positive outlook have helped him build Spark Apparel Resource into a trusted name in the industry.

  • Spark Apparel operates its own dedicated factory, with a skilled team of pattern makers, sample makers, cutters, and quality controllers. We value our workers and treat them with respect, offering fair compensation and safe working conditions.

    We also partner with other quality manufacturers for specialty projects such as leather goods, knits, and footwear.

What we do

We are a full-package manufacturer, meaning we manage the entire process—from pattern making and sampling to production, finishing, and quality control.

Our team works closely with each client to ensure that every style is perfected before we move into full-scale production.

Our attention to detail is unmatched, and we’re proud of our ability to execute even the most intricate designs, including corset and underwire styles.

With years of experience in handling a wide range of garment types, we can source and work with any fabric, and we’re comfortable with a variety of stitching techniques.

Our work

We can produce a variety of styles, including: womenswear, menswear, children’s clothing, sweaters and knits, leather goods, bags and accessories, and even footwear.

We offer digital and screenprinting as well as traditional printing methods; dyeing and colormatching; specialty treatments and washes.

We are experienced with complex garments and stitching such as embroidery, beading, smocking.

The process

DESIGN

Come up with your design and make a tech pack. We take your tech pack and our pattern master makes the pattern, then the sampling team makes the sample.

SAMPLING & GRADING

Once you’re happy with the sample, we do the grading and submit it to you for approval before starting production.

PRE-PRODUCTION

Once you place your purchase order we get all the final materials and trims. A final sample will be sent to you for approval before production.

PRODUCTION

Fabric is pre-washed and treated, any prints or dyeing is done, and then the product is cut and assembled. Then the finished garment is carefully inspected for quality and packed according to your specifications.
